Refund Policy – DRAFT (CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION)
Refunds are ONLY available within 3 days of receipt of goods. A request for a refund/exchange needs to be made within 3 days, via our form below. You then have 10 days to return your item. Please refer to our Refund Procedure for further information. In the Details section, please include the item description and the reason for the return.
If for any reason there is a concern with your received order, please contact us immediately. Failure to do so within 3 days will result in your claim not being recognised.
We only refund / partial refund items if they are defective or damaged. At this stage we are unable to offer Exchanges.
We do not give refunds for:
- Products that have been used, marked, worn or altered
- Products that include inflatable components that have been inflated (this constitutes as being “Used”)
- Products that are not sent back in full (missing packaging or missing pieces)
- Products that a request for Refund/Exchange has not been received within 3 days of delivery
- Products not returned within 7 Days from date of Return/Exchange notification
- Gift Cards
- Clearance Items / Sale Items
- Postal Charges – This includes orders which have not been received in time as this is out of our control.
- Return Postal Charges
There is a minimum restocking fee of 10%, if there is more than 5 of one item ordered and subsequently returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* You may choose to keep the item and we may compensate you for any drop in value if damaged or faulty. If you choose this option, please include the following details in the form below:
- Description of the Damage/Fault of the Item
- Photo Image of the Damage / Fault to the Item
Returns address:
Ensure that your item/s are packed safely with no pieces missing (including packaging) and that the above Refund Policy has been adhered to (failure to adhere to the above may result in a rejected claim)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Clearly write the following information on your return parcel.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return freight is the responsibility of the sender. It is highly recommended that you return via registered post. We will not be held liable for missing parcels.

Please also contact us FIRST, BEFORE Escalating it to the payment provider. By going direct to the payment provider and not allowing us to sort the return, we may incur chargeback fees which unfortunately will be passed on.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit note will be supplied to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
