INVOICE / TAX INVOICE
Most do, but not all orders will include a an Invoice (Receipt) Please notify us via the comment section of your order if you Do Not want one included (for Gifting Purposes)
Please Note: Demejo is not currently registered for GST, therefore the order invoice does not include any GST.
PRICING AND STOCK
Pricing and stock availability are subject to change without notice. All images shown on our website are indicative only and may vary. Please enquire if you would like more information on any item.
Stock Availability – Our website will not allow you to order anything that is not in stock. If for any reason our stock inventory is incorrect (ie, damaged, lost) we would notify you promptly if we were not able to supply all your items in your order.
SIZE CHARTS
Size Charts (if available) are provided by each individual costume supplier. Size Chart Measurements are supplied as a guide only.
TYPO ERRORS
In the event that we enter a product with an incorrect price, Demejo reserves the right to cancel or amend your order accordingly. You will be notified immediately and your order will not be processed until we have written (via email) confirmation of your wishes to cancel or to proceed with the correct price.
CURRENCY & GST
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) Demejo is not currently registered for GST.
UNPAID ORDERS
All unpaid orders will be held for Approx 48 hours (2 Full Business Days) After this time, they will be automatically cancelled without prior warning. Please Note: The website only holds your items once fully paid, so Unpaid Orders do not guarantee stock will be available once it is paid (which means that someone can come along purchase them if inventory is low)
DIRECT DEPOSIT ORDERS
Orders are shipped once funds are physically in our account
CANCELLED ORDERS
All cancelled orders will be refunded in full within 24 Hours, if order has not yet been picked or packed. Demejo reserves the right to deduct any Bank/Paypal Fees which has been charged to us by the financial institution.
Orders which are packed and ready to ship, may also incur a fee if an expense has already been incurred to us (ie a Pre Paid Australia Post Satchel which has been labeled and not able to be re-used) To check on the progress of your order, contact us immediately at demejo@demejo.com.au
RETURNS
Refunds are ONLY available within 3 days of receipt of goods. A request for a refund needs to be made within 3 days, you then have 10 days from receipt of our confirmation to have your item returned. Please refer to our Refund Procedure for further information.
If for any reason there is a concern with your received order, please contact us immediately. Failure to do so within 3 days will result in your claim not being recognized.
We DO NOT give refunds for:
- Products that have been used, marked, worn or altered
- Products that include inflatable components that have been inflated
- Products that are not sent back in full (missing packaging or missing pieces)
- Products that are Clearance Items (which are clearly marked)
- Products that a request for Refund/Exchange has not been received within 3 days of delivery
- Products not returned within 10 Days from date of delivery
- Postal Charges – This includes orders which did not arrive in time which is out of our control
- Return Postal Charges (unless we were at fault)
There is a minimum restocking fee of 10%, if there is more than 5 of one item ordered and subsequently returned

Please Note: Refunds are only refunded using the same payment method that it was purchased with
Please also contact us FIRST, BEFORE Escalating it to the payment provider. By going direct to the payment provider and not allowing us to sort the return, we may incur chargeback fees which unfortunately will be passed on.
REGULAR PARCEL POST / EXPRESS PARCEL POST
The Australia Post “Express Post 24 Hour Guarantee” does not currently apply to most deliveries. Not all Express Orders are received the next day. Orders are usually shipped within 24 Hours, please let us know if your order is urgent and we will try to get it off asap.
SHIPPING / INSURANCE
All goods purchased from Demejo are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a third party contractor. The risk of loss and damage for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Insurance of goods in transit is not automatically provided. If you would like insurance cover, please enquire at time of ordering.
CLICK & COLLECT
Click & Collect is Not currently available unfortunately
PRODUCT WEIGHT
You may notice that the weight of the product on the website is higher than the actual weight of the product. We currently do not measure our products, so some products will cube a lot higher than dead weight at the shipping page. We add extra dead weight to accommodate the postage difference and any shipping materials used. Our postage prices that we charge are already subsidised, so unfortunately we can’t carry the extra postage for each customer order.
NEWSLETTERS
We will never bombard you with newsletters. We estimate a maximum of 1 per week. More frequent information is posted on our Facebook page.
We will Never on forward or sell your email address to a third party (excluding Mail Chimp – which is who we currently use to generate our opt in / opt out Newsletter)

PAGE SECURITY
Our Website is covered with a Rapid SSL Security Certificate issued through our Host Provider (Digital Pacific). Our Website displays the Green Locked Padlock logo which shows that the security of this site is safe. If you have any concerns with the safety of this site, please report immediately to demejo@demejo.com.au
Payments are made via Paypal (Includes Visa or M/Card) or Bank Deposits. We do not receive payment data at all, which means that your payment details are not stored on our servers.
